About Delivery

Winkler Limited (hereinafter 'the company', 'us', 'we' or 'our') provides the content and services on this Winkler e-Shop website ('e-Shop'). By accessing and purchasing in the e-Shop website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agreed, to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended from time to time at our sole discretion.

 

1. Winkler e-Shop

I.   All product pictures at e-Shop are for illustration only, and color may deviate from the actual object.

II.  Winkler e-Shop’s product price, promotion, terms and conditions as well as restrictions may be different from retail shops.

III. Unless otherwise stated, all product prices quoted do not include installation. 

 

2. Order Verification

All orders will be processed in sequence of receipt. After receiving your order, we will check the information you provide for validity. We also verify the pricing, quantity and current stock status of the purchased products. We reserve the right to decline any order submitted and/or limit the product quantities purchased by you, without giving any reason. In the event that a product is out of stock, you will receive notification of order cancellation promptly.

 

3. Payment

Upon receipt of our order confirmation, please complete the payment procedures within 5 working days.

4. Delivery

Delivery Information

Free Local Standard Delivery Service from SF Express (SF Stores Location only)  will be provided for single purchase* of HK $300 and above. ( Means after all Discount Deduction) 
If your order amount is less than HK $300, You have to take your responsibility to pay the delivery fee when you are picking up the goods.  

(S.F Store Locations ONLY;  NOT ALLOWED FOR SF Car Or EF Locker)

** We adopting SF Express, and only provide self-picking-up service at S.F Stores Locations. For the branches details, please see below:http://www.sf-express.com/hk/en/other_services/sf_station/sf_station_network/index.html 

1. If there is NO S.F Stores Locations located/ Listed on the above Website, then NO delivery Services provided. 

2. Delivery arrangements: No delivery service for outside Hong Kong territory, Lantau Island and outlying Islands. No delivery services on Sunday and public holidays.

3. We will contact the Customer within 7 working days for delivery arrangements after order confirmation and payment.

4. Actual delivery time depends on the products ordered and the shipping time of the particular Merchant.

During bad weather conditions (e.g. black rainstorm, typhoon no. 8 or above) we will suspend and rearrange any delivery scheduled.

 

5. Goods Exchange

Customer is requested to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt for any deficiencies and/or external damages or whether all accessories are delivered. In the event of any physical damage to our products upon delivery, please return the goods intact to the courier.

Winkler guarantees the exchange of product with manufacturing defect within 7 days of purchase. You can exchange it with a product of the same model number or if the same model is out of stock, you may exchange with another product of the same range and same price. Re-delivery will be arranged and no delivery cost will be charged.

Please contact our Customer Service Department for any exchange arrangement.

*Your product exchange request will NOT be entertained under any of the following conditions:

-           Exchange request is made more than 7 days after the date of receipt;

-           The product was not purchased at Winkler e-Shop (http://www.winkler-eshop.com.hk/)

-           The exchange of return product does not have the original packing, accessories, user guide and incomplete warranty card.

-           The exchange product has been damaged, scratched or shows any trace of water damage.

-           Product that has undergone any repair.

-           All free gift items must be surrendered with the returned products. Otherwise the gift item will be charged in full value.

-           Official purchase invoice is missing.

-           Request based on personal preference only.

-           Product is damaged due to improper usage/operation.

-           Winkler reserves the right of final decision.

 

6. No refund and return of product

All items sold are non-refundable and non-returnable after the completion of payment procedures. Customers must verify all the information, including product model, specification and price carefully before placing order. 7. Dispute

I.           If there is any inconsistency or conflict between English and Chinese version of this disclaimer, the Chinese version shall prevail.
